"Funeral services for Will Rutledge, 86-year-old pioneer county resident and cousin of Alf Landon [Kansas Governor 1933-1937], and Republican presidential candidate in 1936, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Marshall.
"Mr. Rutledge, who died at his home here, 1001 W. Noble, Friday night following an illness, formerly resided at Marshall for many years.
"Funeral arrangements are being made by a Cresenct funeral home and burial will be in the Marshall Cemetery.
"Friends here said that Mr. Rutledge also was related to Ann Rutledge, a sweetheart of Abraham Lincoln.
"Survivors include a daughter Mrs. Cora Ingles, of Marshal, and a granddaughter, Mrs. Ruth Frasler of Crescent."
