The 1895 Kansas Census shows a WS Williams schoolteacher in Sedgewick County, b. ~1855, wife Beebe (or something like that), son Oscar B b. ~1882 Indiana, daughter Floy b. ~1891 Kansas, and son Arthur b. 1894 Kansas.
Maybe Minerva died or divorced or went to jail and WS remarried.
