Jasper Co., Ill. obit.

Maxwell, Mrs. Martha - nee Martha Utter. b. Marysville, Blount Co., TN, d. Aug 20, 1892, aged 86 yrs, 11 mos, 14 days. She married Wm. Maxwell in 1825 and they came to Jasper county in 1852. They had 11 children, 6 boys and 5 girls. Her husband died in 1862. Surviving are Dr. J.H. and W.C. Maxwell, Mrs. John Banta, Samuel of Kansas, Mrs. Geo. P. Doors (?) of Olney and Mrs. Jane Russell of Paris, IL. Interred in Vanderhoof cemetery. August 24, 1892
