Juley was born about 1914 in Oklahoma.  Juley's father was Stefan Babiak and her mother was Dorija.  Her paternal grandparents were Eliasz (Eler) Babiak and Sophie. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Joseph, Walter, Edward, Carrie, Bruno, Effie, Alma, Mary and Lena.  She was the youngest of the ten children.
