Sir Ralph Bassett 
Ralph was born before August 4th, 1248. Ralph's father was Ralph Bassett. His paternal grandparents were Ralph Bassett and Isabell. He was an only child. He died on August 4th, 1265 in Evesham, Worcestershire, England.General Notes
On 24 December 1264 he was summoned to Parliament by writ, but this writ did not create a peerage as it was issued "in rebellion." He fought and died in the Battle of Evesham on 4 August 1265, against the King.
