William H Bell 
William was born on February 10th, 1760 in Augusta County, Virginia. William's father was John Bell and his mother was Mary Claiborne. He was an only child. He died at the age of 55 on March 15th, 1815 in Knox County, Tennessee. He was buried in Bell's Campground Cemetery.General Notes
He lived in Sullivan County, North Carolina. In 1782 he went to Tennessee.
In William's will dated 14 Sep 1809, proved 2 Apr 1815 in Knox County, William had a brother, Robert, a sister, Elizabeth Isham, wife of Henry Isham of Roane County, Tennessee, and a sister Sarah Gibbons of Hawkins County. Executors were Thomas Bell, Robert Bell Sr, and Joseph Love. It was witnessed by Joseph Love and Archibald Bell & Elizabeth Bell.
