Thomas Cheney (Cheyne) 
Thomas was born about 1485 in Shurland House, Eastchurch, Kent, England. Thomas' father was William Cheyne and his mother was Agnes Young. His paternal grandparents were John Cheyne and Eleanor Shottisbrooke. He was an only child. He died on December 15th, 1558.General Notes
He was Lord Warden of the Cinque Ports in South-East England, from 1536 until his death.
They had three children: Frances, John and Cecily (or Catherine).
