Samuel Clover

Samuel was born on February 21st, 1801 in Berkeley County, Virginia.¹ Samuel's father was Henry Clover and his mother was Catherine Ambrose. His paternal grandparents were Philip A Clover and Elizabeth; his maternal grandfather was William Henry Ambrose and his maternal grandmother is Sarah. He had nine brothers and two sisters, named Peter, Joshua, Jacob, Solomon, Henry, Philip, John, William, Aaron, Margaret and Rosanna. He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 70 on February 18th, 1872.
