Anne was born about 1425.  Anne's father was Thomas Hoo, 1st Lord Hoo and her mother was Elizabeth Wychingham.  Her paternal grandparents were Sir Thomas Hoo and Eleanor de Felton; her maternal grandfather was Nicholas Wychingham.  She was an only child.  She died about 1484.
