Annetje was born in 1622 in Tongeren Church, Millen, Limberg Province, Netherlands and her christening took place there on April 8th, 1622.  Annetje's father was Lambert Jacobs and her mother was Elizabeth.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 82 on September 17th, 1704 in Albany, New York.
