David Marion Lyon

David was born on August 30th, 1823 in Ohio.  David's father was William Lyon and his mother was Elizabeth Tweedy.  His paternal grandparents were Samuel Lyon and Linny Davis; his maternal grandparents were John Tweedy and Sarah Burns. He had three brothers and a sister, named Andrew, William, Alexander and Martha.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 56 on October 8th, 1879 in Rosseau, Morgan County, Ohio.
