Della Julitza Medaris 
Della was born on July 1st, 1882 in Owen County, Indiana. Della's father was Stephen Cyrus Medaris and her mother was Amanda Long. Her paternal grandparents were James Davis Medaris and Levisa King; her maternal grandparents were Jonathan Long and Malinda. She had two sisters named Effie and Dossie. She was the oldest of the three children. She had three half-brothers and six half-sisters, named William, James, Stephen, Sarah, Minerva, Mary, Martha, Laura and Ada. She died at the age of 92 in June 1975 in Lincoln, Logan County, Illinois.General Notes
