Frank was born on April 6th, 1924 in Harrah, Oklahoma.  Frank's father was Verna May Stromski and his mother was Gregory Michalski. He had two brothers and a sister, named Tony, William and Angie.  He was the second oldest of the four children. He had a half-sister named Annie.  He died at the age of 86 on July 31st, 2010.
