Sarah was born on February 14th, 1658 in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Sarah's father was Thomas Pope and her mother was Sarah Jenney. Her maternal grandparents were John Jenney and Sarah Carey. She had a brother named Isaac. She was the younger of the two children. She had a half-sister named Hannah. She died before July 5th, 1727 in Harwich, Barnstable County, Massachusetts.General Notes
Her will, proved July 5, 1727, mentions daughters Mary Bangs, Mercy Crosby, Hannah Paine, sons Samuel, Shobal, Job, Josiah, Elnathan Hinckley, granddaughters Sarah Paine, Mary Bangs, and Sarah Bangs. Her son-in-law Joseph Paine was executor.
