Elizabeth was born in Carlton Paynell, Irby-on-Humber, and Killingholme, Leicestershire, England.  Elizabeth's father was Sir Henry Retford.  She was an only child.  She died on May 20th, 1471.  She was buried in South Ockendon, Essex, England.
