Celia was born in 1975. Celia's father is James Stuart Shire and her mother is Kathrlyn King. Zane Clair Shire and June Reeve was her grandfatheris her grandmother through her father's adoption. She has a brother and a sister, named Brian and Kimberly. She is the second oldest of the three children.
