James W Shoemaker 
James was born on March 20th, 1834 in Highland County, Ohio. James' father was James Shoemaker and his mother was Susanna Newton. He had a brother and two sisters, named Tandy, Mary and Susannah. He was the second oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 73 on March 21st, 1907 in West Union, Adams County, Ohio.General Notes
