Sophie was born in 1934.  Sophie's father was Mike J Stasyszen and her mother was Martha Teresa Wyskup.  Her maternal grandparents were Ignacy (Ike) Wyskup and Sophia Byke. She had seven brothers named Frank, William, Edward, James, Jerry, Stasyszen and Stasyszen.  She died at the age of 43 in 1977.
