Starling Williams

Starling was born in 1850.  Starling's father was Buck Williams and his mother was Martha (Lizzie) Elizabeth Phillips. He had a brother and two sisters, named Mitchell, Christiana and Lizzie.  He was the oldest of the four children. He had a half-brother named George.
