Seigneur Miles de Courtenay 
Miles' father was Seigneur Josselin de Courtenay and his mother was Elizabeth de Montlhéry. His paternal grandfather was Seigneur Athon de Courtenay; his maternal grandfather was Guy de Montlhéry. He was an only child. He died after 1145.General Notes
He founded the Cistercian Abbey of Fontaine-Jean. He gained the title of Seigneur de Courtenay.
