William de Warenne II, 2nd Earl of Surrey

William's father was William de Warenne, 1st Earl of Surrey and his mother was Gundreda.  His paternal grandparents were Rudolph de Warenne and Beatrice.  He was an only child.  He died about May 11th, 1138.
