Sarah M. Ambrose 
Sarah was born on January 22nd, 1847 in Newmarket Twp, Highland County, Ohio.1 Sarah's father was William Hanby Ambrose Jr and her mother was Rachel Gibler. Her paternal grandparents were Rev. William Hanby Ambrose and Susanna B. Crum. She had a brother and five sisters, named Henry, Mary, Susannna, Lizzie, Leah and Catherine. She was the second youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 17 on September 19th, 1864 in Highland County, Ohio. She was buried in Ambrose Cemetery, Newmarket Twp, Highland County, Ohio.1 1 General Notes
