Sir William Bonville, 1st Lord Bonville 
William was born on August 30th, 1393 in Chute, Devon, England. William's father was John Bonville and his mother was Elizabeth FitzRoger. His paternal grandparents were Sir William Bonville and Alice; his maternal grandparents were John FitzRoger and Alice Cheddar. He was an only child. He died about February 18th, 1460.General Notes
He fought in the Second Battle of St. Albans on 17 February 1460/61, on the side of the Yorks, and was captured.
