William (Billy Wes) Wesly Carmichael (Wesley) 
William, known as Billy Wes, was born on December 17th, 1858. Billy Wes' father was Archibald Carmichael and his mother was Elizabeth Sparks. His paternal grandfather was Alexander Carmichael. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John, William, Joseph, Martha and Matilda. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 45 on May 9th, 1904.General Notes
He was a prominant businessman and land-holder with a variety of financial interests.
