Jeffery Lynn Duncan 
Jeffery was born on March 6th, 1959 in Wilmington, Clinton County, Ohio. Jeffery's father was Delbert Dale Duncan and his mother is Mary Alice Foreman. His paternal grandparents were George Otis Duncan and Rose Hannah Judy. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Gordon, George, James, Kathy and Sheryl. He is the youngest of the six children.-
