Edith Maude Heaton 
Edith was born on December 25th, 1893 in Avilla twp, Comanche County, Kansas. Edith's father was Joseph Henry Heaton and her mother was Talitha Louella Bachman. Her maternal grandparents were Lewis Bachman and Vesta Wilson Ross. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Clarence, Joseph, Archie, Pearl and Nellie. She was the third oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 88 on November 26th, 1982 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.-
