Lemuel Herndon

Lemuel was born about 1842. Lemuel's father was Thompson Herndon and his mother was Mary Susanna Henley. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Herndon and Susanna Haislip. He had two brothers and four sisters, named James, Nathaniel, Mary, Sarah, Susan and Margaret. He was the third youngest of the seven children.
