Newell Lyon

Newell was born in August 1892 in Ohio. Newell's father was Algernon Reynolds Lyon and his mother was Martha Ann Sawyer. His paternal grandparents were David Marion Lyon and Sarah C. Shaffer. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Emmett, John, William, Maggie, Beannice and Goldia. He was the third youngest of the seven children.
