Sara Ella Medaris 
Sara was born in 1864. Sara's father was William J. R. Medaris and her mother was Parmela A How. Her paternal grandparents were John (Redd) Redmond Medaris and Rachel Beezley. She had a brother and four sisters, named William, Ida, Flora, Jessie and Laura. She was the oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 82 in 1946.-
