Frank was born on January 18th, 1895.  Frank's father was James Lewis Medaris and his mother was Sinnta Lacy Davis.  His paternal grandparents were John Wesley Medaris and Sirrelda Barnett. He had four brothers named Earl, Walter, Wilbur and Arnold. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Roy, Willie, Nellie and Blanche.  He died at the age of 74 on July 29th, 1969.
