Barnard Preston Jr 
Barnard was born on April 23rd, 1754 in Preston's Chance, Harford County, Maryland. Barnard's father was Barnard Preston and his mother was Sarah Ruff. His paternal grandparents were James Preston and Sarah Scott; his maternal grandfather was Richard Ruff. He was an only child. He died at the age of 48 in 1802 in Maysville, Mason County, Kentucky.General Notes
