Philander R. Seibert 
Philander was born about 1846 in Ohio.1 Philander's father was Henry Seibert and his mother was Rosannah Ambrose. His maternal grandparents were Jacob Ambrose and Elizabeth. He had six brothers and a sister, named Jacob, George, Malcomb, Samuel, Charles, Newton and Mary. He was the oldest of the eight children.-
