Elizabeth Smith 
Elizabeth was born in 1678 in Brandon plantation, Middlesex County, Virginia. Elizabeth's father was Robert Smith Jr and her mother was Elizabeth. Her paternal grandparents were Major General Robert Smith and Elizabeth Wormeley. She was an only child. She died at the age of 42 on August 6th, 1720 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.General Notes
Elizabeth Smith was the daughter of Robert Smith, Jr., and granddaughter of Major General Robert Smith and his wife Elizabeth Wormeley. Robert Smith, Sr. was a member of the Governor's Council and head of the King's army in Virginia and with Major Robert Beverley, strongly supported Governor Sir William Berkeley in Bacon's Rebellion.
