William was born in 1924.  William's father was Mike J Stasyszen and his mother was Martha Teresa Wyskup.  His maternal grandparents were Ignacy (Ike) Wyskup and Sophia Byke. He had six brothers and a sister, named Frank, Edward, James, Jerry, Stasyszen, Stasyszen and Sophie.  He died at the age of 83 in 2007.
