William Sydnor 
William was born about 1734 in Lancaster County, Virginia. William's father was William Sydnor and his mother was Catherine Pendleton. His paternal grandparents were Fortunatus Sydnor and Joanna Lawson. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Joseph, Ann and Elizabeth. He died in 1794 in Lancaster County, Virginia.General Notes
He was tobacco inspector at Deep Creek Warehouse 1792-1794.
He was a member of the vestry of Christ Church Parish from 1778-1785, attending St. Mary's White Chapel.
