Milford Rice Travis

Milford was born in 1847 in Livingston County, Illinois. Milford's father was David Peake Travis and his mother was Elizabeth Goldman Donoho. His paternal grandparents were Jeremiah Travis and Margaret Peake. He had a brother and two sisters, named Jeremiah, Martha and Nancy. He was the second oldest of the four children.
