Ruth Mildred Webster 
Ruth was born on September 5th, 1923 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Ruth's father was Lewis Clifford Webster and her mother was Lulu Iva Rose Means. Her paternal grandparents were William Franklin Webster and Cecilia Ann Harvey. She had two brothers and a sister, named Lewis, Thomas and Irene. She was the youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 64 on August 1st, 1988 in San Francisco, California.-
