John Clark 
John was born about 1834 in Morgan County, Virginia.1 John's father was Isaac Clark and his mother was Mary Ann Ambrose. His maternal grandparents were Jacob Ambrose and Elizabeth. He had four brothers and a sister, named Jacob, Joshua, Peter, Isaac and Ann. He was the second oldest of the six children.-
