Shelby Otho Creek 
Shelby was born on November 29th, 1901 in Arcadia, Hamilton County, Indiana. Shelby's father was William Harry Creek and his mother was Mary Amanda Snyder. His paternal grandparents were Thomas William Creek and Margaret Thompson. He had a brother named Robert. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 73 in October 1975 in Lewis, Washington.-
