Ronald was born on October 28th, 1938 in Ohio. Ronald's father was Paul Dolphin and his mother was Ruth Izora Cadwallader. His maternal grandparents were Ira Cadwallader and Nancy Ann Wilkin. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Richard, Paul, Roger, Virginia, Lois, Shirley and Ruth. He is the second youngest of the eight children.General Notes
