Reba was born on April 16th, 1924 in Brown County, Ohio. Reba's father was Samuel Kingsley Kidd and her mother was Blanche G Warman. Her paternal grandparents were Silas Richard Kidd and Louella Marie Wilkin. She had four brothers and a sister, named Everette, Samuel, Ronald, Eldon and Florence.
