Georgia was born on May 6th, 1926. Georgia's father was George Hughey Webster and her mother was Eliza Jane Stroup. Her paternal grandparents were Lewis Fry Pulse Webster and Martha Alice Pulliam. She had a brother and three sisters, named John, Alice, Lulu and Ruth. She is the third oldest of the five children.
