Leroy was born on April 18th, 1869. Leroy's father was Elijah Franklin Webster and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Ridings. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Fendel Webster and Elizabeth Pulse; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Mathias Ridings and Catherine Ambrose. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Roswell, Hayward, <Unknown>, Lewis, Lena, Janie and Lizzie. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 92 on December 4th, 1961 in Blackwell, Oklahoma.

General Notes
- Came with parents and family from Ohio to Sumner Co. Kansas in 1885.
  Homestead: SE/4 06 36N3W 25, June 1901
  Homesteaded Claim 4 miles North of Lamont, OK, 1893.
  Helped establish Webster Chapel, 1894-1900.
  Lifelong Republican.
  Retired to Blackwell, OK from farm about 1943
  Farmer. Raised wheat mainly, some cattle.

Leroy's family

Leroy and Minnie were married on November 25th, 1897. They had three sons and three daughters, named Robert, Willis, George, Elizabeth, Virginia and Katherine.

- Elizabeth Marie Webster
  Elizabeth was born on November 23rd, 1898 in Lamont, Oklahoma. She died at the age of 90 on July 1st, 1989 in Fredonia, Kansas.
  
  Robert Frank Webster
  Robert was born on October 12th, 1901 in Lamont, Oklahoma. He died at the age of 26 on April 13th, 1928 in Lamont, Oklahoma.
  
  Willis Leroy Webster
  Willis was born on August 27th, 1904 in Lamont, Oklahoma. He died at the age of 74 on May 11th, 1979 in Nampa, Idaho.
  
  Virginia Lee Webster
  Virginia was born on August 12th, 1907 in Lamont, Oklahoma. She died at the age of 72 on January 6th, 1980 in Blackwell, Oklahoma. She was buried in Lamont, Oklahoma Cemetery.
  
  George Dick Webster
  George was born on December 21st, 1909 in Lamont, Oklahoma. He died at the age of 75 on November 20th, 1985 in Blackwell, Oklahoma. He was buried in Lamont, Oklahoma Cemetery.
  
  Katherine Louise Webster
  Katherine was born on July 25th, 1912 in Lamont, Oklahoma. She died at the age of 79 on November 20th, 1991 in Arkansas City, Kansas.
