Ronald was born on December 21st, 1945 in Grant County, Oklahoma.  Ronald's father was Wendell Eugene Webster and his mother was Ola Marcelle Healen.  His paternal grandparents were Lewis Franklin Webster and Minnie Irene Dorman. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Franklin, Jon, Charles, Daniel, Connie, Nancy and Candice.  He is the fourth youngest of the eight children.

Ronald and Linda were married on October 13th, 1967.  They have a son and a daughter, named Ronald and Becky.
