Thomas was born in 1843 in Highland County, Ohio. Thomas' father was George Naylor Webster and his mother is Elizabeth Ann Duncan. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Fendel Webster and Elizabeth Pulse. He had a sister named Elizabeth. He was the older of the two children. He had five half-brothers and five half-sisters, named John, David, William, Daniel, Robert, Roseannah, Lydia, Julia, Sarah and Callie. He died at the age of 2 in 1845 in Highland County, Ohio. He was buried in Tabernacle Cemetery, Marshall twp, Highland County, Ohio.-
