Harold Dwain Wilkin 
Harold was born on March 21st, 1934 in Hamer twp, Highland County, Ohio. Harold's father was Harold Lewis Wilkin and his mother was Vera Marie Roush. His paternal grandparents were Augustus Elmore Wilkin and Mary Elizabeth Fawley. He had two brothers named Darwin and Leland. He is the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
Dwain as he is called by those who know him, served faithfully as the Wilkin Reunion President from about 1980 to 1998 when he turned over the reins to Ora Wilkin's son Rick. We are told that Dwain has a hobby of restoring and showing antique John Deere tractors and also finds time to drive a School Bus.
