Sir George Wyatt

George was born about 1550 in Allington Castle, Boxley, Kent, England. George's father was Thomas Wyatt and his mother was Jane Hawte. His paternal grandparents were Sir Thomas (the Elder) Wyatt and Elizabeth Brooke; his maternal grandparents are William Haute and <Unknown>. He had a sister named Jane. He was the older of the two children. He died due to He was beheaded on September 1st, 1623 in Ireland.

General Notes
- Indications are that George was born the year his father was beheaded and forfeited his property.However Queen Mary later restored "Boxley" to him and "Wavering" was restored to him during the reign of Queen Elizabeth. George pursued scholarly interests and wrote several books one of which was "The Life of Anne Boleyn."

George's family

George and Jane were married on October 8th, 1582 in Eastwell, Kent, England. They had a son and a daughter, named Francis and Isabel.
