Vickie was born on July 11th, 1956 in Ohio. Vickie's father was Hugh Elwood Cadwallader and her mother is Margaret Elizabeth Leininger. Her paternal grandparents were Ira Cadwallader and Nancy Ann Wilkin. She has a brother and a sister, named Edward and Phyllis. She is the youngest of the three children.-
