George Medaris 
George was born on June 20th, 1877 in Farmington, Iowa. George's father was Thomas Medaris and his mother was Flora. His paternal grandparents were George Washington Medaris and Matilda Ann McDavitt. He had a brother and three sisters, named Elery, Cassie, May and Edna. He was the oldest of the five children. He died due to diabetes at the age of 79 on August 20th, 1956 in Farmington, Iowa.-
