Thomas Houston Medaris 
Thomas was born about 1859. Thomas' father was Jonathan H. Medaris and his mother was Sarah Ann King. His paternal grandparents were James Davis Medaris and Levisa King. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Jason, Stephen, Jonathan, Charles, Noah, Malinda and Jane. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died in 1875.General Notes
